He structured and oversaw several major projects, including the integration of real estate subsidiaries, budget transformation, deployment of P2P systems, and the establishment of international offices.
• He designed innovative acquisition and tax structures, generating multimillion-dollar savings for both an institutional asset manager and an engineering firm.
