Strategic Finance Consultant and CPA with more than 25 years of experience supporting small and mid-sized businesses through interim finance leadership and strategic advisory mandates. Recognized for her business acumen and ability to build and strengthen finance functions, she partners closely with executive teams to address financial, operational, and strategic challenges.

Her expertise includes corporate governance, financing, transactions, due diligence, ERP implementations, financial process optimization, and the delivery of reliable financial information to support executive decision-making. She also brings extensive experience in treasury management, investor relations, corporate tax planning, and advising boards of directors.

Availability : 3 days per week.

Hourly Rate : $185/hour.

Description

Strenghts and Expertise :

Financial reporting and analysis
Budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management
Financing and investor relations
Due diligence, data room management, cap table management, and waterfall modeling
Corporate governance and Board of Directors presentations
ERP implementation and financial process optimization
Corporate taxation and tax credit programs (SR&ED, C3i, IRAP)
Finance team leadership and executive advisory support
