As a Senior FP&A Advisor, you will be responsible for analyzing financial results on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis as well as making comparisons with previous periods, budgets and forecasts. You will comment on the results and identify the key elements of the periods analyzed, in addition to developing and analyzing the result of a financial modeling forecast and decision. You will be responsible for developing, monitoring and maintaining forecasts, developing performance indicators and producing reports and presentations for management. You will also be responsible for participating in the coordination and preparation of the annual budget as well as the long-term plan, assisting stakeholders in establishing budgets for the planning cycle (plan, update and long-term plan), as well as participating in the continuous improvement process of the underlying processes and controls. Finally, you will perform all other related tasks.

Bilingual CPA, CA, CGA or CMA with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Finance or Accounting, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including supervision of staff. We are looking for someone who is proficient in Excel and preferably has experience in the manufacturing industry in a public company. The candidate must have a very good knowledge of the Windows environment and the MS Office suite and the ability to manage several files by demonstrating autonomy, thoroughness, meticulousness, dynamism and a good team spirit. The ideal candidate is able to adapt to a growing and changing environment, has an analytical mind, problem solving skills, tact and diplomacy. The latter has intellectual curiosity, good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
