Description

Our client, an international entrepreneurial company among the leaders in its field and established for several decades, is looking for a Senior Transformation Manager Finance function. You will report to the CFO, whom we know very well having placed him. He is a very bright person with great ideas, kind, results oriented, close to his teams and wants to see them grow. This company has been honored by chambers of commerce for its social involvement and its many achievements. A leader in innovation with over 3,000 employees worldwide, the organization has a vision for growth and is active in multiple services including the environment and green energy sector. 

 

 

In this position, you will position yourself as a leader with a passion for process improvement and will be responsible for managing transformation projects (diagnosis, roadmap and implementation of improvement opportunities). Next, you will design the future state by applying design principles to current processes while collaborating with subject matter experts, which includes, but is not limited to, organizational design, process design and work streamlining.
You will closely monitor order-to-cash operations, payroll management, and capital investments. You will close the accounting period as well as purchases and disbursements. You will prepare the budget and financial forecasts. In addition, you will implement performance indicators to improve the quality of work. You will participate in the implementation of ERP as well as the provision of automated solutions for consolidation or financial and budgetary analysis. You will regularly make presentations to the CFO and stakeholders. Finally, you will contribute to change management during optimization or transformation projects.


 

Profile

Bilingual CPA, with more than 10 years of relevant industry experience. The profile sought is a team player who is able to understand the business operations within the company and position himself as a pillar in process transformation and especially able to bring to the table new ways of working.
