If you want an opportunity to grow in a large public company in the service sector that is making several acquisitions and you want to stand out, we have the opportunity for you!  You will work as a Manager, Administration and Finance and report to a highly valued VP Finance who provides support and takes a coaching approach. He/she provides suggestions and solutions to help the team run smoothly and is flexible. You will have the opportunity to act as a business partner in an environment that promotes growth. The position is currently offered remotely.



As a Manager, Administration and Finance, you will be a partner with regional business leaders to support financial analysis for business decisions and you will oversee the execution and delivery of all financial reporting. You will also be responsible to monitor and analyze monthly operational results against forecast/budget for all divisions as well as to ensure adherence to internal controls related to all financial operations and reporting. Moreover, you will collaboratively engage and coach operations on monthly review of job performance; contract performance and service delivery and you will engage the corporate team to resolve operational and month end related questions. You will also be involved on process improvements both at the division level and where applicable corporate wide improvements. Furthermore, you will manage a cross functional team across administration and finance in multiple regions as well as prepare and maintain financial metrics for reporting and lead regular financial reviews with regional business leaders. Also, you will prepare and co-ordinate the preparation of financial statements, summaries, and other cost-benefit analyses and financial management reports as required as well as coordinate and direct budgeting, procurement, investment activities and financial planning. Finally, you will ensure compliance with IFRS standards.

Perfectly bilingual CPA with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with strong technical and management skills. We are looking for a candidate who is strong with Excel. Being strong with ERP is an asset.  The ideal candidate will be able to act as a business partner and manage the team well by demonstrating leadership. We are looking for a resourceful, professional, self-starter and good communicator.
