For a very reputable and fast-growing big enterprise in the service and distribution sector, you will work as an Accounts Receivable Manager. You will report to a manager who values communication. As Manager, Accounts Receivable, you will supervise 4-5 people and implement process improvements related to your accounts receivable department. You will ensure that resources and methods are optimized to be as efficient as possible by coaching and motivating the cashiers in their daily roles, objectives, tasks and responsibilities. You will organize the daily schedules of the department, such as high season, vacations, vacations and training workshops as well as analyze accounts receivable reconciliations, reconcile ledgers, unapplied payments and ensure all balances. In addition, you will be responsible for making daily deposits in accordance with company credit and accounting practices and policy, resolving internal and external disputes, identifying recurring issues and following up with various departments/branches. You will ensure that month-end deadlines are met, write various reports, KPIs, and targets, and participate in and provide feedback to internal processes and systems. Finally, you will work closely with HR in the recruitment of new team members and the training process and perform any other related tasks.

Bilingual CPA (or pending) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant industry experience, with good knowledge of Excel. We are looking for a candidate with leadership, strong management skills and good interpersonal skills. The candidate must be proficient in accounts receivable and knowledge of the distribution sector is an asset. The ideal candidate is resourceful, a good listener and has excellent communication skills.
