We have an opportunity for you to work as a FP&A Manager in a large international manufacturing company that promotes innovation, excellence and novelty. You will report to a manager who will help you build an internal network so that you can understand the issues of the different business units and become autonomous. You will have the right to make mistakes, your manager likes puzzles, juggling ideas and information to find innovative solutions. The position is offered in hybrid mode.
As the FP&A Manager, you will be heavily involved in the overall forecasting process for all business units, as well as actively assisting the P&L team and making Power Point presentations. You will do monthly analysis of the results VS the plan, the current year, the previous year to establish a waterfall budget. In addition, you will perform weekly risk/opportunity analyses. On a quarterly basis you will conduct the profit assessment meeting. Many mandates come directly from senior management and may include the financial impact (c.t. / l.t. risks) of factors such as inflation, the war in Ukraine, Covid, geopolitics... You will actively contribute to the 5 year plan which is a year round process. You will also be involved in several ad hoc tasks and projects as well as in important cost structure analyses that will have an impact on the company, the development of forecasting tools on Excel, the upgrade of the forecast consolidation tool. You will have the chance to build a great network of contacts as you will be in daily contact with all departments and senior management.

Perfectly bilingual CPA with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a firm (consulting services ideally) or in industry, with an excellent command of FP&A of large international companies as well as Excel and Power Point. We are looking for a business partner who is quick-witted and able to make the links between the different units and business models of this exciting and highly complex company. The candidate will need to be proactive, flexible, efficient and fast as there is a lot of information coming in from many business units and you need to be able to decode what is relevant or not for senior management. The candidate must be comfortable making presentations. The ideal candidate will have good judgment and be able to manage priorities, adapt in a fast-paced environment, be self-directed and maintain a positive attitude.
