You will work directly for a quick-witted president, a good negotiator who advocates results, delegation and initiative. The main tasks and responsibilities are as follows: financial management and strategy, KPIs, budget, financial statements, accounting and reporting, financial analysis and management of the accounting team.  
You will sit on the management committee and will be in close contact with the financial partners. You will start with post-acquisition integrations to eventually have the opportunity to work in a more transactional mode (mergers and acquisitions) to operationalize the strategic plan which is definitely focused on growth with solid financial partners. Profile

Bilingual CPA (CPA, Auditor or practice experience preferred) who wants to be part of a great business project and work in a fast-paced environment. Minimum of 8 years of experience, strong in financial accounting, but also in the operational side (process, system, departmental structure, appro, IT, HR...), who can get his hands dirty and who understands the SME context.
The ideal candidate has good business acumen, able to think strategically and influence the profitability and growth of the company. Also, he will have to optimize an ERP system and would be strong in Excel. We are looking for a business partner of the president and the venture capital firm.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, proactive with a good sense of relationship management (employees, peers, boss, investors, business relations).
