Our client, a fast-growing small to medium-sized service company, is looking for its number 1 finance person to support and foster the company's growth. You will be the right hand of the President, a bright and friendly person who gives space to his collaborators and has a close approach with his people.


As the Finance Director, you will be responsible for managing all of the organization's finances and by implication all bank accounts. You will therefore be expected to bring your expertise in general accounting and ensure the smooth running of financial processes. You will position yourself as a business partner by setting up performance indicators, analyzing the profitability of different business lines, clients and/or services offered. In short, you will do management accounting and implement a dashboard.


You will also perform auditing work in order to compensate for surprise visits from government auditors and/or regulatory authorities. You will plan and implement systematic and regular meetings with the company's partners. You will actively participate in the improvement and automation of recurring non-value added processes in a high volume environment in order to build a solid foundation to support the company's growth vision.

Experienced executive with functional English, dynamic and trustworthy with a CPA designation, with a minimum of 5+ years experience in a position with similar responsibilities and knowledge of the professional services industry. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, have strong interpersonal skills, and be able to navigate through turbulent waters and organize to manage changing priorities. 

The #1 Finance is a good communicator, a good coach and has good business sense or fast forward skills from a strategic perspective.
