A non-profit organization is looking for a Director of Finance, Administration and IT to join their team. You will report to a manager who is open to discussion and who values autonomy and rigor. As the Director of Finance, Administration and IT, you will direct and perform accounting, ensure deadlines are met, prepare budgets, follow up and monitor their completion. In addition, you will interpret variances and report to senior management, as well as prepare the year-end audit file and the interim financial statements (balance sheet and income statement) required for decision-making. You will also perform the final control of disbursements or any other accounting issue, supervise the treasury and relations with financial institutions, prepare financial reports and create dashboards in order to analyze and compare in real time the current performance to the objectives for the different programs. In addition, you will be responsible for establishing and improving administrative procedures and controls as well as providing consulting, support and technical expertise to the company's employees. You will analyze management needs and issues and recommend solutions. In addition to supervising a team of five people, you will be aware of legislation, regulations and amendments as well as frequent changes to government regulations. Finally, you will be responsible for managing the administrative side of the business (procurement of material resources; building maintenance management) as well as the IT side (computer equipment, network management).

Bilingual CPA with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in management (NPO experience is a strong asset), as well as an advanced level of Excel. We are looking for a candidate with strong political and negotiation skills. The candidate will need to have an iron fist in a velvet glove approach. In addition to having a positive attitude, the candidate will demonstrate collaborative leadership and teamwork. He/she will be able to lead teams, demonstrate a sense of urgency and have a good capacity to adapt to change.
