For a fast-growing start-up company in the financial services industry, you will work as an Associate, Financial Reporting. As an Associate, Financial Reporting, you will be responsible of the financial statements, notes, and capital statements of the company’s private equity funds. You will participate in the determination of the fund’s Net Asset Value and assist with capital calls, flow of funds, and distribution schedules. Moreover, you will assist with calculation of management fees billed from investment managers to limited partners and with limited partner and investment manager expense allocations. You will be responsible to track the actual fund expenses incurred versus budget, to participate in the fiscal year end audit process and provide information to auditors as required, as well as to coordinate tax matters and corporate filings with external tax consultants. Furthermore, as an associate, financial reporting, you will monitor compliance with limited partnership agreements and assist with ad hoc projects.

Within your role, you will have a great impact in the company, as you will participate in the implementation of fund structures, assist with investor onboarding & fund launches to successful completion and liaise with the finance and investment teams to ensure that needs are met.


Bilingual CPA (asset if auditor) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a firm or financial services, with a very advanced knowledge of Excel. Experience with IFRS, complex accounting and SAP are strong assets. Experience with public clients or investors are also assets. The ideal candidate will be thorough, meticulous and have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, professional and stimulating environment.
