For an international SME in constant growth and specialized in the services industry, you will occupy the position of FP&A Analyst. You will report to a finance director who likes to develop people and values the opinion of employees. He has a very democratic approach. You will have the opportunity to work in a company that has just made a new acquisition and that will allow you to contribute to the evolution of the company. The position is offered in hybrid mode.
As a FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for improving and implementing processes, which will include: analyzing purchase and sales accounting cycles, identifying opportunities for improvement, documentation, communication, and supporting the financial accounting team in the deployment of improved processes. You will aim to improve data quality and reduce the time required to process transactions in order to shorten the month-end closing period. In addition, you will be responsible for the annual budgeting process, which will include: evaluating the existing process and file, identifying opportunities for improvement, supporting the financial accounting team in the preparation of analyses for the establishment of annual objectives for the various business units and in the analysis of the budgets of the business units, developing and maintaining the tools/rules to be followed as well as consolidating the budgets (and presenting them to management). In addition, you will manage the monthly and quarterly MRF process. You will also set up management reports to analyze performance, which will include: setting up KPI's and periodic reports analyzing business unit performance, benchmarking, implementing performance indicators and dashboards and participating in their presentation to managers.

Bilingual CPA or CFA with a minimum of 4 years of experience, who is comfortable with cash flow balance sheet modeling and P&L. We are looking for a candidate with good business intelligence who has strong analytical and quantitative skills. The candidate must be detail oriented, have excellent communication skills and be able to adapt in a dynamic business environment.
