As an FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing monthly financial reports for the company's management as well as performing detailed variance analysis of monthly results. In addition, you will present financial information in a visual manner and maintain profit forecasts. You will also lead annual budgeting efforts, standardize key financial performance indicators for operations, and master and prepare financial reporting databases. Moreover, you will contribute to the integration of financial information from multiple ERP systems into a state-of-the-art reporting and analysis application. Finally, you will optimize and develop internal financial analysis tools.
Bilingual candidate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a firm or industry, including experience in the manufacturing sector, with an advanced level of Excel. We are looking for a candidate with experience in management accounting and FP&A. The candidate must have strong computer skills with knowledge of ERP systems and have an interest in information technology. We are looking for a good communicator who will adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is resourceful and has the ability to find and implement temporary solutions, but also to propose robust long-term solutions. A CPA designation is an asset.
