For an international SME in constant growth and specialized in the IT industry, you will occupy the position of FP&A Analyst. You will report to a manager who advocates autonomy and who wants to trust his team. The company emphasizes innovation, leadership and the human side. As a FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for participating in the budget and forecast update process, which will include: preparing financial projections, sending out requests for information to various stakeholders, analyzing and popularizing the information received as well as participating in the preparation of financial documentation to be provided to senior management and the Board of Directors. In addition, you will prepare external reports, which will include: preparing financial presentations sent to the Board of Directors regarding budgets and forecasts, financial and operational results sent monthly to shareholders and managers and financial information sent to creditors according to the credit agreement in effect. You will also have the opportunity to act as a business partner for internal managers, which will include: developing/improving appropriate performance indicators, ensuring the preparation and presentation of financial reports to managers, establishing communication with teams to monitor their budgets and accompany them in certain financial analyses, as well as performing financial analyses, interpreting results and suggesting concrete actions aimed at improving profitability and creating value. Finally, you will participate in several challenging strategic projects, which will include: producing financial analyses supporting strategic decisions, participating in the creation of automated management dashboards that meet the needs of internal clients by providing them with relevant information for decision making and modeling the agreed upon performance indicators using the Power BI tool.

Bilingual CPA with a minimum of 3 years experience in a firm or industry with a very good command of Excel. The ideal candidate is able to manage his time and be autonomous.
