A strong, reputable international financial institution is looking for a Performance Management Analyst to join their team. The incumbent will report to an approachable, friendly, analytical manager who enjoys teamwork and wants to grow his team. You will work with a very diverse team of young, bright and dynamic people. As the incumbent, you will report weekly and monthly on the performance of the group (headcount; revenues and expenses). You will prepare budgets and make forecasts. You will need to be proactive in preparing the annual budget by researching data in the group's reporting tools. Also, you will: collect, organize and update financial and non-financial data for weekly and monthly reports and then ensure that all data controls are in place and that reporting numbers are reconciled and consistent. You will also have a process improvement component which will consist of implementing new IT tools or developing them to the fullest. As you will be a resource person for the customer service team, you will need to be familiar with the company, its business processes and its specifics. You will perform consistency checks on reports issued on a regular basis, challenging numbers and ensuring completeness, consistency and accuracy of reported data. You will help ensure data control and integrity when feeding reports. Finally, you will assist and participate in any special projects or requests as directed by management (system upgrades, improvements related to a new reporting requirement, etc.).


Perfectly bilingual professional with a minimum of 3 years experience, including experience with financial information or management, preferably in a firm/financial services industry. Advanced knowledge of Excel is required. The desired candidate is very strong with IT. He/she is organized, proactive, problem oriented, a team player, able to work on multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines. He/she has excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in French and English.
