For an international company in the growing retail sector. You will work in collaboration with the CFO, an open-door, rigorous and results-oriented manager. This position allows you to be involved in the strategic and operational aspects of the company. You will be the right hand man of the finance director and will be in charge of a team of 7 people. As challenges, you will work on evaluation, process improvement and change management. In addition, you will work on operational accounting (supervision of P/R/Billing/Cash/Treasury). Finally, you will respond to requests from senior management such as specific analyses of management reports such as GST and QST. Teleworking is currently offered at 100%.
Bilingual candidate, 10 years of experience in operational accounting and team supervision as well as a good knowledge of the industrial environment. The ideal profile has excellent communication and writing skills. We are looking for a motivated, organized and rigorous leader who notices details. Experience in manufacturing and SME is an asset.
